Goals are concrete targets that you strive to achieve over a certain period of time. These goals should be carefully drafted by a manager and his/her direct report to set them up for success.
Months of focused energy can transform broken relationships, reinvent sales and marketing practices, or establish lifetime habits. While it doesn’t work for everything (brain surgery takes more time to master, learning to make a grilled cheese sandwich takes less), the month rule applies to thousands of cases in our lives.

So here below are some goals to make in this month or coming month:

1.) Starting your own Business:

Some people know from an early age they were meant to own their own business. Others find themselves starting a business due to life changes (parenthood, retirement, losing a job, etc.). Others may be employed, but are wondering whether the role of business owner/entrepreneur is right for them. There are a number of benefits to starting a business, but there are also risks that should be evaluated.

The pros

There can be many benefits to starting your own business, including:

  • Rewards. Not everyone defines reward the same way. For some it might be seeing a new venture grow and succeed. For others it may be conquering the unknown and striking out on their own. However you define reward, starting a new company might hold that promise for you.
  • Being your own boss. When you start a business and are self-employed, you are your own boss and ultimately control your own destiny.
  • Income. Whether you view starting a business as an economic necessity or a way to make some additional income, you might find it generates a new source of income.
  • Flexible hours. Owning your own business is hard work and often requires long, odd hours. In some cases, having your own business may allow you to have more flexible hours. Many stay-at-home parents, for example, choose to become entrepreneurs.
  • Purchasing an existing business. While it may not be viewed as “starting” a business, purchasing an existing business has proven beneficial for many business owners—but it undoubtedly requires both financial and time investments. For businesses that are already profitable, these new business owners jump past the true startup phase into running a mature business.

The cons

Starting your own business can have many benefits, but keep in mind that not all new businesses succeed. As you consider whether to start a business, you should:

  • Assess your strengths and weaknesses. Is self-employment right for you?
  • Determine startup costs. Can you meet these on your own or would need to secure a loan or other type of outside financing?
  • Research the marketplace. Have you evaluated the competition and considered how your particular business will succeed?
  • Outline your business goals. What do you want to accomplish and what will you consider a success?

 2.) Earn $100 A Day $3K A Month

Make your skills to earning source. If you have a skill, put effort through it to make money. But if you don’t have one, invest on gaining one and then making money through it. As it’s generation of earning through skills.

3.) Workout 1 Hour A Day:

1 hour a day is plenty of time to stay fit and with a good 1 hour training program you will have nothing to worry about. If you are looking for a recommendation here is something that I advise people at my gym who don’t have a lot of time on their hands:

Warm Up

Start your one-hour workout with a five-minute warm up. Slowly start to increase your heart rate by walking, stepping up and down or by performing a few sun salutations. Be careful not to get your heart rate up too quickly, you can work on that during the cardiovascular part of your workout.

For the cardiovascular part of your workout, incorporate 20 minutes of any exercise that elevates your heart rate significantly. Try jogging, swimming or bicycling as an effective form of cardiovascular exercise.

For the next 20 minutes of your workout, perform exercises that develop strength in your different muscle groups. Spend about 10 minutes on exercises that strengthen the upper body and 10 minutes that strengthen the lower body. You can use weights or your own body weight to do this.

The core portion of your workout should last for about five minutes. Focus on strengthening the three areas of the core muscles, upper, lower and sides. In five minutes you’ll be able to perform about one set of exercises for each of the core muscle groups.

Near the end of your hour workout, it is important to incorporate some gentle stretches to help reduce muscle soreness and prevent injury. Stretching will also help increase your flexibility. Choose a stretch for each part of the body that you worked during the main part of your workout. Total time for stretching should be about five minutes.

Cool Down

To end your workout, finish with a cool down for five minutes. Choose a relaxing position such as laying down with your legs up a wall. Focus on relaxed breathing and allow your heart rate to slow down.

4.) Read A Total Of 3 Books:

When it comes to your brain, researchers have found there’s no better super food than a book. A love of reading can protect your brain from Alzheimer’s disease, slash stress levels, encourage positive thinking, and fortify friendships. Snuggling up with a good read tamps down levels of unhealthy stress hormones such as cortisol, Weight Watchers recently reported. In a British study, participants engaged in an anxiety-provoking activity and then either read for a few minutes, listened to music, or played video games. The stress levels of those who read dropped 67 percent, which was a more significant dip than that of the other groups. Reading about someone who overcame obstacles may motivate you to meet your own goals, Ohio State University researchers found. If you’d like a raise, following a character into the boss’s office may give you the courage to make the same request. The more you identify with a character and experience the events as if they were happening to you, the more likely you’ll be to take action. Reading has a lot of benefits which cannot be mentioned in words. So put a goal to read 3 books a month.

5.) Become A Millionaire By 30:

While we’ve all dreamt of countless jaunts to far-away destinations and splashing cash on luxuries we’ve always wanted, chances are you’ve ruled this out as a daydream (despite continuing to buy a scratch card every time you go out to buy milk).

But becoming a millionaire isn’t really as difficult and unachievable as you might think. Lots of people prove each and every year that you don’t have to be a banker, lottery winner or be born with a silver spoon in your mouth to build up your wealth to seven figures.

So, here’s our ultimate guide to getting your hands on that million by 30. Let’s get rich!

6.) Travel The World And Enjoy Life:

Travelling is not just rejuvenating or a vacation. Staying in a hotel with family or friends is a vacation. Its a very small percentage of the actual “travelling experience”.

Travelling is actually backpacking, it is more of interacting with new people and cultures. When people travel, comfort has the least priority in their mind. It is basically challenging yourself to push your limits.

*Watching the world with our live eyes is unbeatable, let go avid readers*

*Travel around with random people just met few hours ago and already having a good bonding*

*Sleeping on a dorm in a 24 dorm room in a backpacking hostel*

*Interexchange of life stories, different cultures have different types of crazy stories*

*Different ways of dealing with life and experiences and trying to grasp some from everyone*

*Staying all alone at a different place just focussing on self-development*

*Gaining confidence*

*Improves public speaking and global etiquettes*

*Thought Horizon expands*

The list goes on, travelling really changes our perspective towards life, job, everything. Life seems better and happier.

We got one life and its very important to experience our home planet, its different geographies, topographies and people.

Human beings were not born to be machines who can be efficient in one or the other things. These things like assets, currency, relationships etc came just to fulfill few basic needs. I feel its very important to get to few new places around the geographies and be a person who has actually seen the world and have had wide horizon of viewpoints. Nothing can beat the satisfaction of this success.

In addition to these goals, it’s essential for people to keep themselves motivated even when they experience setbacks.

Developing that dedication to any work could make future more bright.

Many people ask why I should read your blogs, actually they think it’s my thoughts, no it’s not my thoughts. They are taken form different books, success magazines, articles etc. When I write any thing from my side, I always mention it.
